Field Trip Day for James 2017

Grade 2 Field Trip 2017, Places to go: MMDA Road and safety Park, Doll Joy Museum and Gallery, and Pasig Rain forest Park. Call time: 5:30 AM, The bus left at around 7:00 AM time of arrival to School at 5:00 PM. This happened on August 17, 2017 (Thursday) and since they arrived around 5:30 PM so there will be classes the following day which is a Friday. The teacher informed us that there will be one section per bus so the bus was not fully occupied. In a bus, Together with the elementary students and their homeroom teacher, there is tour guide, and 2 student assistant, a college student from the said school.

I. MMDA Road and Safety Park

Schedule: opens 9:00AM – 5:00 PM, every day except Wednesday

What they will learn: The traffic safety rules and regulation, an MMDA tour guide will provide an orientation first before touring the area. They will learn how to cross the street (they should cross the proper pedestrian lane and look left and right) They will learn signs like “no jaywalking”, “H- Hospital”, “no loading and unloading” signs and other more things.

II. Doll Joy Museum and Gallery

Location: 31 C. Raymundo Ave, Pasig, Metro Manila

Schedule: 9:00AM – 4:00PM Mondays to Fridays

What they will learn: They will learn how Dolls were made. They will enter an area where they will follow the process on making dolls. There are also dolls displayed, such as Philippine President, the Christmas Village, and so on. They will be asked to dress up the doll, the fastest will be the winner.
